Cross-Eye Training
Learning to see cross-eye stereo images without shutter glasses

Make a window in front of an sx format image
(sx format is an image with the right-eye's image on the left and left-eye's
image on the right, also known as a cross-eye image.)
Move the window so that each eye can only see one image
The right eye must only see the left image and the left eye must only see the
right image
(Adjust one eye at a time, moving your hands backwards and forwards, together
and apart until right)
Now open both eyes and concentrate on the window, it probably feels
uncomfortable at first.
Keep at it, it takes a while to learn this trick.
Eventually you will see one stereo image, not two side-by-side images.
With practice you will no longer need your hands.
You can not injure your eyes in any way, it is 100% safe.
Keep practicing! It is really worth it!
