Conditions for the test

The preliminary and formal test is designed with the participation and approval of the applicant.

All conditions must be agreed upon by the applicant and by me.
The phenomenon to be tested will be agreed upon by both the applicant and myself.
No changes may be made except in writing and signed by both parties.

A simple preliminary test will be conducted before the formal test is performed. This ensures little time and expense is wasted on false claims.

The applicant is responsible for all costs related to the proof of the paranormal phenomenon, including travel costs, and costs of the construction of the test equipment, if required.

The results must prove conclusively that the claimed supernatural phenomenon exists.

The applicant must state exactly what will be tested, and what a positive or negative result would be.

Only test results within the time period agreed upon by you and me will be admissable.

The results of the test must be self evident to a 3rd party.
(For example correctly guessing 8 cards out of 10 repeatably would be self evident proof, as no voting is required to judge the result as effective)

Any equipment used in the test must be verified by an independant 3rd party or parties.

The applicant must be able to repeat the result consistently in order to gather a large enough set of results to measure, to rule out any chance results or accidental influence.

The applicant agrees to be recorded during the testing, and that this recording can be used by me.
Any email or written material that is not protected by copyright may be published by me.

Anyone may apply as many times as they wish, until the money is awarded.
3 Months must pass between each application.

The applicant agrees not to sue me for loss or damage or personal embarassment resulting from the test or the publication of the test results.

All required travel and accomodation must be paid up front by the applicant.

No test will be performed that endangers the life of any person or animal.

Only tests that can be verified will be considered.
